They met with us on-site during the final inspection of our house and gave us a fair quote for over 180’ of wrought iron fence around our pool with two gates. They worked with us as our closing was delayed for nicer a week and we’re able to reschedule is within days of closing on our house. He was punctual and when he quoted me the price in person he came in less than what he had quoted over the phone which was very nice. Entirely worth it. The gentlemen at Precision installed a beautiful Board-on-Board fence across ~160ft of uneven rocky ground. Due to being directly along my house, they had to navigate around a tree and possible septic lines which they handled well. Corners are sturdy. Gates open smoothly. Pricing was competitive but the key difference is the communication. Quick to return calls, information provided when promised, and open to discussing options/ideas. This is a dependable and straightforward company. Like anyone else, I don't mind paying for quality and experience, especially if you expect the job to be done right the first time. Although it took a couple weeks to start the job, I was able to work with them to get my gate post repair job on their busy schedule. I also wasn't in a rush as the gate was still working. They came out and fixed my leaning gate post in a fraction of the time it would have taken me to do it. I am amazed with the speed and high end quality work Mike and his crew have provided us. With a pool I was afraid to have the fence down for a long period of time but my worries were for nothing. It only took these guys 2.5 days to not only tear down the ugly eye sore we had but to fully build us the fence of our dreams that has brought our back yard back to life. It sure does look good in his gallery, don't you think? Best of all, he constructed for us are solid, strong, premium gates. The pickets may fade away and need replacing 10-15yrs down the line but I'm sure the frames he made us will last until the end of time. Thanks guys...
