They met with us on-site during the final inspection of our house and gave us a fair quote for over 180’ of wrought iron fence around our pool with two gates. They worked with us as our closing was delayed for nicer a week and we’re able to reschedule is within days of closing on our house. I am amazed with the speed and high end quality work Mike and his crew have provided us. With a pool I was afraid to have the fence down for a long period of time but my worries were for nothing. It only took these guys 2.5 days to not only tear down the ugly eye sore we had but to fully build us the fence of our dreams that has brought our back yard back to life. Entirely worth it. The gentlemen at Precision installed a beautiful Board-on-Board fence across ~160ft of uneven rocky ground. Due to being directly along my house, they had to navigate around a tree and possible septic lines which they handled well. Corners are sturdy. Gates open smoothly. Pricing was competitive but the key difference is the communication. Quick to return calls, information provided when promised, and open to discussing options/ideas. Exceptional customer service!! We had 5 other companies that either never showed up for appointment, didn’t return phone calls or showed up but never sent a quote. Mike showed up on time, gave quote the same day and helped us choose the right gate for our needs. He is personable, professional and communicated with us regularly during this process and kept us informed on the status of our gate build. The install was done on time and it turned out beautiful!! These guys are a great company. They worked with my wife well while I was busy at work and were professional from beginning to end. Mike the owner, went above and beyond to give us information and options that no other company bothered to do. That won us over. We were impressed and confident enough to even increase the scope of work. My fencing project came out very nice and at a reasonable price. Mike quoted me a price over the phone and then made an appointment with me. He was punctual and when he quoted me the price in person he came in less than what he had quoted over the phone which was very nice. Mike and his team did an awesome job installing my fence and automatic gate, they were fast, efficient and I would highly recommend them. Also shortly after having mine installed a delivery person wiped out my pole and they were also quick to come and repair and replace it. I give this company five stars all the way around!!
